The charge-out covers the wage, ACC, KiwiSaver and leave loadings where they apply, plus screening, payroll and our margin. Nights, weekends and public holidays follow the agreement for that role and are priced before the first shift.

If they are not right in the first two hours, you do not pay those hours. Tell the site contact as soon as it is obvious. We stop the clock, pull the person and work a replacement.
The guarantee is for fit on the job we were briefed on, not for a change of mind about headcount. Screening detail is under compliance.
No. Most bookings are a shift, a week or a named peak block. We confirm notice and any minimum billed period before dispatch so the invoice matches the booking.
